Submit a Sponsorship Proposal
Due to unfortunate budget cuts proposed and approved by the Missouri Legislature, the Missouri Lottery is unable to sponsor events or provide support for community partnerships in FY23 (July 1, 2022 – June 30, 2023). This includes onsite statewide, county and city event activations, as well as sponsorship opportunities throughout the state.
Please know that we have found great value in these partnerships. We appreciate the community outreach they've offered and the relationships that have been built over the years. It's our hope the budget will be restored for FY24 so that we may once again participate in these types of events.
Promotional (non-monetary) Sponsorship Requests
Due to the large amount of requests we receive for promotional merchandise (such as Scratchers tickets, free play coupons, etc.), we will not be accepting any additional requests at this time.
Unsolicited Ideas Policy
Unsolicited ideas will not be accepted or considered by the Missouri Lottery or any of its employees.
This includes, but is not limited to, ideas for new advertising campaigns, new promotions, new or improved products or technologies, product enhancements, processes, materials, marketing plans, new product names or original creative artwork.
Submission of an unsolicited idea constitutes your agreement that:
- Your submissions and their contents will automatically become the property of the Missouri Lottery, without any compensation to you;
- The Missouri Lottery may use or redistribute the submissions and their contents for any purpose and in any way;
- There is no obligation for the Missouri Lottery to review the submission;
- There is no obligation to keep any submissions confidential and your submission may become public pursuant to Missouri law.
Email Problems
The Lottery responds to all e-mails received through the Contact Us page as quickly as possible. You should usually receive response in one business day, and at the most three business days. If you sent the Lottery an e-mail and haven't heard back in several days, please contact us again. It's possible that your spam blocker or virus protection is stopping the replies from reaching you. You might have to add the Lottery to your "contacts" list to keep that from happening.
